General Instructions for Convocation 2024

 

1. The deadline for submitting the completed online application form is December 10, 2024.


2. The final date for receiving the printed online application form, along with the required documents and fees, is December 14, 2024.


3. Please ensure that you have your scanned photograph and signature ready before completing the online application. The fee receipt will be auto generated during the online application process.


4. The accommodation fee is Rs. 2000 per candidate, and accommodation will be provided at a nearby hotel.

7. As part of the Alumni Connect initiative, the university has introduced the theme for the 8th Convocation: “Each One Donate One.” We encourage all alumni to donate at least one book to the university library on the day of the convocation.


8. The dress code for the convocation is as follows:
     Male Candidates: White shirt and black trousers
     Female Candidates: White salwar suit with maroon chunni or white saree with a maroon border


9. Reporting Time: Candidates must report by 08:30 AM. No entry will be allowed after 10:00 AM on 21st December 2024.


10. The degree will be issued upon the presentation of a valid government-issued photo ID (original) and one photocopy.
