Educational Visit to Saras Dairy, Chittorgarh! Students of B.Sc. & M.Sc. from the Faculty of Science & Technology embarked on an insightful industrial visit to Saras Dairy, Chittorgarh on 22nd March 2025. This visit provided a hands-on learning experience about dairy processing, quality control, microbiological analysis, and biotechnology applications in the dairy industry. Such practical exposure bridges the gap between theory and industry, shaping the future of young scientists.

Total of 38 students were accompanied by Dr. Ramgopal Dhakar (Dept. of Life Science), Ms. Prachi Singh (Dept. of Life Science), Ms. Falguni Chaturvedi (Dept. of Mathematics), Ms. Ritu Sharma (Dept. of Chemistry), and Dr. Deepak Suthar (Dept. of Physics) to emphasized the primary objective of dairy plant, hand on experience in laboratories with real world understanding.

On the occasion of World Water Day, the B.Sc. and M.Sc. students from the Faculty of Science & Technology took an inspiring step towards wildlife conservation and environmental awareness by setting up Parindas (water and grain pots) for birds. Understanding their responsibility towards nature, the students installed multiple Parindas in RTDC Hotel, Chittorgarh to ensure that birds have access to fresh water and food throughout the scorching summer.
