Bhilwara District Court Visit

When law students from Mewar University visit the Bhilwara District Court, they gain knowledge through hands-on experience.

In the city of Bhilwara, on Monday, February 17, 2025: In order to acquire new knowledge and perspectives, law students from the Faculty of Legal Studies at Mewar University, Gangrar, visited the Bhilwara District Court.coordinated by Assistant Professor Pradyumn Sharma, who was accompanied by Assistant Professor Shoeb Khan and Assistant Professor Sankalp Pandey. Before commencement of visit honorable vice chancellor mewar university Dr. Alok Mishra inspired students for visit and delieverd a motivational speech on legal profession ,he also explain full court procedure and discipline of court, accomapanied by head of department faculty of legal studies Mrs Geeetanjali Sharma also inspired students for visit she also did the whole arrangement of the visit and give directions to all the students that all students maintain discipline and not indulge in any sort of activities which tarnish the image of our reputed university

Motivating Speeches Delivered by Legal Professionals

The visit was made even more enjoyable by a variety of motivational talks, including the following: • Shri Vishal Bhargava, Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, spoke about his remarkable journey from being a lawyer to being a District and Sessions Judge. He advised the students to put in a lot of effort in order to achieve their academic and professional objectives. Following his successful completion of the UGC NET JRF examination, Shri Nagendra Singh, who serves as the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) of Bhilwara, expressed his frustration on the difficulty of gaining entry into the Rajasthan Judicial Services (RJS). It was his advice to the students that they should continue their studies, seek assistance from their instructors, and put in a lot of effort in order to achieve their objectives.• Advocate Rajesh Sharma, who is the President of the District Bar Association in Bhilwara, extended a warm welcome to the students and teachers who were there. He provided children words of encouragement on persevering in their endeavors and urged them to put in a lot of effort while keeping their sights set on their objectives.• Advocate Sanjay Sen, who is the Vice President of the District Bar Association in Bhilwara, delivered an enlightening session on representation. In his talk, he discussed the challenges and obstacles that lawyers encounter. His words stayed with those individuals who were interested in pursuing a career in law.

Students' active participation and involvement in the learning process

From each of the three streams- BA-LLB, BBA- LLB, and LLB, there were a total of seventy-five students present.The students participated in the duration of the visit; they engaged in conversation and posed inquiries concerning the legal system. These particular pupils stood out due to the fact that they were enthusiastic and interested: BA-LLB 1st Year Saqib Mukhtar, BALLB 2nd Year Marhaba Faruq, and BALLB 2nd Year Shoaib Ahmed are the three top students in the BALLB 1st Year.

Everyone was dressed appropriately for the visit, and everyone arrived at the designated hour. They conducted themselves in an appropriate and professional manner, and they made the most of the opportunity to observe live court sessions and gain an understanding of how the judicial system operates.

The trip that the students took to the Bhilwara District Court on February 17, 2025 was an excellent opportunity for them to acquire new knowledge. In addition to providing them with valuable information, the guidance that they received from experienced advocates and judicial officers inspired them to put in a lot of effort in their legal studies. In recognition of the contributions that the District Bar Association and the judges of Bhilwara made to the success of this visit, the Faculty of Legal Studies at Mewar University expressed their gratitude to both of these authorities.
