International Women's Day celebrated on 8 March,2022

International Women's Day is celebrated every year around the world on 8  March. It celebrates womanhood and pays tribute to indomitable women around the world.  The objective of celebrating Women's Day is to create awareness among the students about the status and dignity of women as well as to create awareness about gender equality for a healthy society.

Accessible Mewar University's NSS unit celebrates Women's Day in different ways. At the beginning of the day, a cultural program is organized for a student of the Women's Faculty, in which Professor Dr. Chitralekha Singh, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, worships Goddess Saraswati.  And gave a short speech on Women's Day.  Two charity programs presented by the students.  Then some events were organized for everyone to Fu.  A one hour webinar is also organized on the topic “Awareness of Breast Cervical and Ovarian Cancer” by Sanjeevani Life Beyond Cancer Foundation Jaipur. Then NSS Volunteer and Faculty member Dr. Arfa. Dr. Arpana, Ms. Lavina. Ms. Supriya  Ms. Vindibilu and Ms. Geetanjali went nearby with University Coordinator Dr. Jyoti Singh Raghav and Program Officer. Made women and girls aware for personal hygiene and menstruation. Dr. Neelu Jain spoke specifically about female disease which is caused by infection.  He distributed sanitary napkins to them also.
