15th August 2022 Independence Day Celebration at Collectorate, Chittorgarh
In the series of 76th Indian independence day celebration, Mewar University students presented a Nukad Natak at Chittorgarh Collectorate on 15th August 2022, the theme of natak was "Need of awareness in the public regarding government schemes", the event was witness and appropriate by the large number of public.
It was coordinated by both Ms. Lavina Chaplot Hod Law, and NSS team along with Ms. Vandana Chundawat Hod English, Mr. Kapil Nahar dy. Dean Engineering.
75th Independence Day, Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav at Mewar University
75th Independence Day, Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, was celebrated at Mewar University which was organized by Faculty of Agriculture & Veterinary Sciences. Celebration began with the flag hoisting by the Chief Guest Shri. Govind Lal Gadiya, Chairman, Mewar Educational Society.
It was followed by the Parade of NCC students and Security Guards. Shri. Govind Lal Gadiya has enlightened the celebration with his speech on Independence Day and motivated everyone’s mind with patriotic thoughts. Also shri Anand vardhan shukla , Pro. President spoke about the forgotten heroes of India and their contribution in freedom movement. Also Shri Govind Lal Gadiya sir awarded senior under officer rank to Sachin kumar and Mr. Anand Vardhan Shukla sir awarded junior under officer rank to Agardeep Roy and Durgesh Chouhan.
The event was followed by various cultural performances by the students and faculty members of Mewar University. After the Vote of Thanks there was sweet distribution programme for students and staff members of the University.
15th August 2022 Independence Day Celebration at Gangrar
76th Independence Day was celebrated at Shahid Major Natwar Singh Shaktawat Stadium in Gangrar under the shadow of “Azadi Ka Amrithahotsav”. The Flag was hoisted by MLA Bagun Shri Rajendra Singh Bidhuri.
One skit based on “Social Media and Education” was performed by our students from Department of Management & BJMC . The object of skit is to create awareness about the impact of social media on youth. As people are spending more time on social media and they are not giving quality time to take care their family. So children are becoming more isolate and not able to discuss their problem to family members. There is big gap in relation as well as in their career.
SDM Shri Ram Sukh Gurjar also appreciated the performance of students of Mewar University.
Certificate and Memento were distributed by MLA to our students on this occasion.
