A joint effort by Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary Science of Mewar University was to celebrate teachers day on 5th September 2018. The event started by 2:00 pm in Maharana Pratap Seminar Hall. The Students Agriculture and Veterinary Science contributed in this celebration. The seminar hall over flowed with pupil who wanted to celebrate teachers day with respect and love for their gurus (teachers). The Students of respective department took the whole responsibility of distributing cards to the faculty members. A short program was organized for in-house for faculty and also the non-teaching faculty of the university . Students performed Single- Group dance, songs, drama , some random questioning for teachers. Dr. R. K. Palliwal (Dean research) expressed valuable biography of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan .The efforts of the students were appreciated by all the teachers. On this occasion all university members have planted 500 plants in the university campus.
