The Department of Agriculture and Forestry celebrated the Subhash Chandra Bose Jayanti, on 23th January, 2016 to mark the 119th birth anniversary of Subhash Chandra Bose. Dean Basic Sciences, Dr. R. K. Paliwal, Diploma Director, Ms. Priyanka Gautam, all HODs, Faculty members and students were present on the occasion.
The Program started with lighting of the the lamp and garlanding of the portraits of Goddess Saraswati and Naitaji Subhash Chandra Bose.
Mr. Vipan IIIrd year (Agriculture & Forestry) sang a patriotic song. Mr. Gopal Sharma and group (Agriculture & Forestry) performed a skit based on the life of Subhash Chandra Bose. An enthusiastic dance was performed by Mr. Jahangir Tariq and group, (Agriculture & Forestry). The guitar performance was by T. Aman and Wongcham. The celebration concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Vishnu K. Solanki, HOD Department of Forestry.
