Mewar University signs MoUs with two top-notch European Universities
Following the trend of globalization of education and expanding its international reach, Mewar University has signed MoUs with two top-notch European universities. One of them is Universite’ de Poitiers (http://www.univ-poitiers.fr/) in France, which is a member of the Coimbra Group, and one of the oldest universities of Europe.The main asset of the University of Poitiers is the plurality of the subjects taught. A feature that provides students with broad career opportunities in a wide spectrum of subjects. TheUniversity covers all major academic fields through its 14 Teaching and Research Departments, Institutes and Schools.
The following programs start w.e.f July 2014 session in collaboration with Universite’ de Poitiers (France):
1. Exchange of Personnel
The second MoU was signed between Mewar University and Universite’ de Nantes (France) (http://www.univ-nantes.fr/). Founded in the 15th century, then closed for nearly 200 years, Université de Nantes reopened in 1962 and went on to become one of the top French universities.
Today, Université de Nantes is one of France's top multidisciplinary universities.The University has campuses in Nantes, Saint-Nazaire and La Roche-sur-Yon. Université de Nantes is a multidisciplinary university and offers programs in most of the fields of education. Currently, the University has approximately 34,500 students. More than 10% of them are international students coming from 110 countries.
