A beautiful morning as the aroma of Indian soil wafts through the cold breeze in the atmosphere, and the entire arena echoes with the patriotic song “ae mere pyare vatan ae mere bichde chaman tujh pe dil qurbaan”. That is how on 26th, January, 2013, 64th Republic Day was celebrated in the University campus in the presence of honorable Chief Guest Shri Govind Lal Ji Gadiya, Guest of Honor Shri R.K. Ji Gadiya, Shri Sunil Ji Gadiya, Dean Dr. R.K.Paliwal, Registrar Mr. H.Widhani.
The Program started with flag hoisting at 9:30am by Sh. Govind Lal Gadiya ji (Secretary Mewar Education Society), followed by singing of national anthem. The audience was addressed by honorableChief Guest. He threw light on the contribution made by Dr. B.R Ambedkar to the framing of the INDIAN CONSTITUTION, which is the largest written constitution in the world. He expressed his grief on the current misuse of the Indian Constitution by political parties and appealed to all the Indians to come forward and fight for their rights.
The chief guest inspected the guard of honor and took salute of the march past performed by the Security Guards of the University. Ms. Mumal Bhati, a student of B.Ed., presented a patriotic song. The program concluded with slogans of Jai Hind and Jai Bharat.
